Watch the repair happen.
Understand every dollar on the estimate.

Most shops hand you a number and a key. We show you what we did, why it costs what it costs, and what it looks like before we call it done.

Stage 01

Dent Mapping & Damage Assessment

"What are you actually looking at when you walk around my car?"

We photograph every panel under calibrated shop lighting and log each impact point in our damage map. This isn't a visual guess — we measure depth and diameter on every dent so the written estimate matches exactly what gets fixed. You receive a copy before we touch anything.

Takes 45–90 minutes. You get the map as a PDF.

Panel Removal & Structural Check

"Why do you take parts off just to fix a dent?"

Body panels are layered — trim, clips, and sensors sit on top of the metal. Removing them gives us clean access and lets us check whether the impact reached the frame. A dent that looks cosmetic can hide structural flex. We check it. We tell you what we find.

Structural issues are quoted separately, in writing, before work continues.

Metal Work & Primer Coat

"What happens between the dent and the paint?"

Metal gets reshaped with body hammers and dollies until it matches factory contour within a millimeter. Then epoxy primer goes on — this is the layer that stops corrosion and gives topcoat something to grip. Skipping primer is how body shops produce repairs that rust from the inside out within two years.

We use two-stage epoxy primer. Cure time: 24 hours minimum.

Stage 04

Paint Booth & Color Match

"How do you match a 6-year-old factory color?"

Paint fades. A color code from the door jamb gets you close, but not exact. We use a spectrophotometer to read the actual pigment on your car — not a catalog chip — and mix accordingly. The booth is climate-controlled at 70°F with filtered airflow so there's no dust contamination.

Color match tolerance: ΔE < 1.0 (invisible to the human eye).

Clear Coat & Edge Blend

"Why does the edge of a paint job sometimes look different?"

Clear coat reflects light differently than aged clear coat. We blend the edges of every panel into adjacent surfaces so the sheen gradient is invisible. This is the step most discount shops skip — it's why some repairs look fine at the counter but wrong in sunlight.

Edge blend extends 6–8 inches beyond the repair zone on every panel.

Final Buff, Detail & Delivery

"What does "delivery ready" actually mean?"

Compound cut, machine polish, hand wax on every repaired surface. We also clean the interior of any dust from the repair process. Before you pick up, your original damage photos sit next to the finished car. You compare them yourself. If anything looks off to you, it stays until it doesn't.

Final inspection is done with the customer present. No exceptions.

Client Reviews

The invoice matched the quote.
Every time.

Parking Lot Impact

"Backed into a concrete pillar in the parking garage. The estimate matched the invoice to the dollar — literally. They emailed me the dent map before I even left the lot. I've never had that from a body shop."

Rear Quarter Repair

"My teenager took out our mailbox. The color blend on the rear quarter panel is invisible — I cannot find where the repair is, and I've been looking in every kind of light. Worth every cent."

Priya Nair

2020 Honda CR-V · Parent, Aurora CO

Hail Damage · Fleet

"I run eight trucks. Hail season hit three of them last April. Bodywork processed all three inside two weeks, gave me one invoice per vehicle with line items, and didn't bump the estimate once. That's rare."

Derek Fontaine

2019 Ford F-150 · Owner, Fontaine Landscaping

Fleet Manager31 vehicles under management

"We rotate thirty-one vehicles through seasonal damage cycles every year. Bodywork is the only shop I've found that invoices exactly what they quote, documents every repair with photos, and turns vehicles around on schedule. I don't have to follow up. That alone is worth the relationship."
